I’m Lea Woodward and I am the principal consultant for Strategy Headstart.

I have a broad range of experience when it comes to business strategy and planning and spent several years working for one of the world’s largest management consulting companies before leaving the rat race to set up my own business.

I have since spent the past few years coaching, mentoring and consulting for other small business owners and helping them apply the best of the corporate strategies to their businesses in a way that helps them achieve their objectives faster, more profitably and with fewer mistakes.

  • Mentored and coached numerous small business owners in the areas of strategic planning, marketing and productivity.
  • Led the creation and launch of an eLearning platform for the sales team of the UK’s largest telco provider.
  • Led design and implementation of end-to-end process for new service launch (interactive TV) for UK telco provider.
